Blogging Style and Guidelines
Informative, well-written entries will usually get moderated up and appear on the front page. A well-written entry is usually one that is well-structured with a good lead-in paragraph or 2, called the "summary." The summaryis the part that is shown on the front page and in article indexes. You can write your summary and then just click "split summary at cursor" which will then take care of that for you. After your summary, a good article is usually structured into detailed sections and often accompanied by a few photos. Writing in first person is acceptable but if discussing one's self isn't preferred, a third-person style will work well. Please preview and edit any errors so that the articles are free of spelling mistakes and grammatical problems.
Site administrators and editors reserve the right to correct mistakes and change content structure to conform to standards. Any obvious hate, overtly negative or libelous entries will be deleted.
